Pyramids Trip to Sakkara, Dahshur and Giza

We will pick you up from the hotel at around 3 a.m. and drive straight to Cairo.

We will take a break about halfway and then continue our journey to Cairo.

We will arrive in Sakkara at around 9 a.m. to visit the step pyramid, the oldest stone structure in human history.

We will then drive on to Dahshur and get an answer to the question of why King Snefru had a bent pyramid built and commissioned his master builder to build the very first real pyramid in the immediate vicinity.

We will leave Dahshur and on the way to Giza we will enjoy a delicious lunch in a garden restaurant, rich in Egyptian specialties.

Now comes the crowning glory of the day; we will visit the world-famous pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mekerinios.

At the end we will look the Sphinx in the eyes and hope that it will tell us something about the historical events that took place several thousand years ago.

After an eventful day, we make our way back to Hurghada. We’re back at the hotel at around 9 p.m.
